Home Staging Magazine Returning With Its Sensational Second Edition

Home Staging Magazine Returning With Its Sensational Second Edition

Following the success of the first edition of the Home Staging Magazine last year, the Home Staging Association is proud to launch its second edition. The Magazine will feature this year’s landmark events in the Association, details of our achievements and top-tier advice and information on Home Staging. It will be every Industry Professionals’ companion this year, full of innovation and insight into the industry.

This classic and cosmopolitan magazine will detail the epic global reach of Home Staging as an industry. The magazine illustrates the ventures of some of the home staging industry’s most reputable names, such as HSA’s very own Founder Paloma Harrington and HSA Members Alex Willcocks of Burbeck Interiors, who graces the cover, and articles from Elaine Penhaul of Lemon and Lime Interiors, Natasha Rocca Devine of the Interiors NRD Studio, Michela Caravati of EmotiHOME, Ceri Owen of sort style and stage, and Emma Norman of Coastal Home Styling. Part of this edition’s global appeal is that it takes the reader across the world to demonstrate the ever-growing, global interest in home staging.

After this first look into Luxury Property Staging, you’ll get to see accounts from experts on topics that will give any property seller the edge. From the psychology of selling homes to consumers to artful Feng-Shui tips on prepping a home for sale, this edition is a handbook for home-selling success!

The Magazine leaves no area unexplored as business advice from industry professionals to complement the artistic inspiration already displayed in the publication. Together these two aspects make the complete guide to becoming a very successful Home Stager. It also means that there is something for everyone here, business advice for organisations and design ideas for stagers.

This edition also includes references to a book deemed essential to home sellers and estate agents, a review of the housing market this year and a home-staging case study, all of which will prove vital and helpful to any home-seller’s endeavours. There are simply pages upon pages full of guidance for all property sellers.

Last but certainly not least, HSA has had the honour of joining the prestigious FIABCI, a very well-established global networking organisation, providing the many different and interlinked sectors of real estate, opportunities to expand and develop. This new opportunity could prove incredibly lucrative for HSA and largely beneficial to the market as home staging’s evidently positive impact is illustrated in this publication.

There is a lot to look forward to in this magazine, just to name a few! This impressive and educational read has something from and for all walks of life so that you can fully immerse yourself in the world of Home Staging.
