At HOME | Philosophy we believe in our mission so strongly that we have established a training and education division: HOME | Philosophy Academy, a project that is ambitious as well as solid: its credibility is based on highly professional trainers who are daily striving for excellence both in their performance and in the quality of course contents and materials.

Established in September 2015, HOME | Philosophy Academy (Milan, Italy) has based its mission on permanent education and continuous training, unique in this industry, to provide trainees, after completing the Home Staging course, with some deep and thorough knowledge on how to add value to their activity.

Klaudia Leszczyńska is a Home Stager, financier, investor and author of courses and e-books for Home Stagers. She is also certified staging communication specialist certified by the Barb Schwarz. Her mission is to unite Home Stagers and standardize industry in Poland so home staging services become the norm, thanks to which all win in the real estate industry.

Klaudia has already trained hundreds of students in her career. She actively represents the international association for Home Stagers – EAHSP Polska as Education Director. Every year, during the Home Staging Gala, she organizes a competition for the best polish Home Stager’s realization in several categories.

Klaudia brings together a large community of home stagers on social media and works with many brands across the country. Additionally, she records a podcast, YouTube channel and runs a blog.

As an entrepreneur, she works with her clients on a daily basis in the sale and rental of apartments and provides remote consultations in the field of Home Staging.

Encontró el Home Staging  a través de una  de las últimas clases de su carrera donde una de sus profesoras habló de los diferentes tipos de salidas y nuevas formaciones. 

Tras su graduación en EEUU se mudó de nuevo a España  y al ser emprendedora de corazón vio la necesidad de preparar las viviendas para la venta en un sector que desconocía la industria del Home Staging  y en 2015 puso en marcha MOGO y en el 2021 arranca  como cofundadora de la revista BACKSTAGE, única en su contenido al estar creado por stagers para agentes inmobiliarios.

Mónica está en constante formación porque entiende que para poder servir mejor a aquellos con los que colabora la educación es la clave. 

En 2018 tras un acto de servicio MEMORABLE en la industria del Home Staging en España, donde Barb Schwarz se reunió con los Stagers Españoles, Mónica tuvo el privilegio de ser su traductora y fue en ese evento donde conoció la EAHSP. 

Desde entonces ha sido miembro de la EAHSP. Ha servido como Manager Regional en España desde Febrero del 2019 a Diciembre del 2022. 

En Enero de 2023 su puesto como Manager Regional desaparece con el fin  de crear la extensión de la EAHSP en ESPAÑA y  Mónica es actualmente la Directora de Relaciones Institucionales en España.

Susana Ibáñez is a Home Staging professional accredited by ASP. She is co-founder of the EAHSP Spain. Certified Trainer of the ASP course – Accredited Staging Professional for StagedHomes.

She co-founded Backstage magazine, the art of staging. Ambassador in Spain of the WWSSW. For 7 years she was a delegate of the central area of the Home Staging Spain-AHSE Association. She has been an entrepreneur since her beginnings, she came to the Home Staging industry when she began to implement Home Staging in the estates she manages, discovering the incredible results that are obtained. It is then that she created Lares Home Staging to help all those people who want to enhance their home.

From that moment she is fully involved in the dissemination, recognition and education of Home Staging in Spain.

Mercedes ha sido siempre una enamorada de la arquitectura, el arte y el diseño. 

Descubrió el Home Staging siendo estudiante en Irlanda en 1995, cuando la familia con la que vivía puso la casa a la venta y la inmobiliaria les envió un experto en marketing para prepararla profesionalmente antes de las visitas. 

Aquella experiencia se quedó grabada en Mercedes ya que participó de forma voluntaria en aquella puesta en escena y pudo ver el éxito que obtuvo. 

Mercedes vivió y estudió dos años en Dublín, Irlanda y un año en Friburgo, Alemania.

A su regreso a España, y después de más de 20 años trabajando en el mundo empresarial, decidió cambiar radicalmente su vida profesional y en 2018, tras estudiar Diseño de Interiores, se reencontró con el Home Staging y lo convirtió en su pasión. 

En 2018 creó MF Deco Staging para dar servicio a agencias inmobiliarias, inversores y particulares y desde ese año es miembro de la EAHSP Europe.

Gloria Krüner Home Staging Kurs (Russian Language)

Gloria Krüner’s School of Home Staging and Redesign was established in 2019 to spread the ideas of Home Staging about the Russian speaking community all over the world.

Being a certified Home Stager and a member of EAHSP and IAHSP, inspired by the mission of Barb Schwarz to stage the world, Gloria decided to stage the post-Soviet real estate market Her mission is to bring high international educational standards to the post-Soviet area countries and improve their aesthetics.

She created the first accredited Home Staging course in Russian, Home Stager as the Most Delicious Profession of the XXIst Century. The program consists of two parts. The first one will guide you through all the Home Staging techniques: pre-staging, color schemes, arrangement of furniture, focal points, etc. The 2nd part will teach students how to run a Home Staging business. It includes project management tools, marketing activities, legal and financial advice. All video lessons are structured and placed on the learning platform. Moreover, you will practice your skills through home tasks and assistance of tutors. And every week students can take part in online group sessions.

The Gloria School gives systematic and high-quality education. Her graduates work already in 9 countries including Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Turkey, Cyprus, Greece, etc. They proved the efficiency of the program by succeeding in European competitions of Home Staging professionals.

Monika Nieszkowiecka is an EAHSP Member and the IAHSP®EU Partnership Coordinator with focus to represent the association on a national and international level and to source and establish relationships in the countries where EAHSP members are present.

Her professional experience began in Italy, in Milan at a spanish company @ka-international.com that introduces her to the fascinating world of furniture, filling the role of visual merchandiser manager.

Then, she collaborates with architects, designers and journalists in the furniture industry, setting up and customizing the spaces with the needs of each customer. 

She continues her studies by becoming CREATIVE DIRECTOR and is passionate about creating concepts, and setting up events, fairs, shop windows and houses. She is looking for strong identities and unconventional solutions, supporting clients on finding harmony and coherence within projects.

In 2022, she has founded @Vivi-deco.com specializing as HOME STAGER.

Verena Mumford-Wolfensberger is an Accredited Staging Professional Master®, ASPM® and has been staging properties in Switzerland for over 10 years.

Verena is Co-Founder of EAHSP (former IAHSP®Europe) and Co-Founder of the first Swiss National Home Staging Association, HSVS, and is dedicated to promote Home Staging throughout Europe. 

Verena holds degrees in librarianship, translation and interior design and was working in real estate when she discovered that Home Staging existed. After a few years staging her own estate agent office’s properties, she decided to exclusively work in Home Staging in 2014. Since then, she has built up her company, MW Home Staging, which is located outside Zurich and works mostly in German-speaking Switzerland.

Always passionate about homes, Maddalena has a long experience in the hospitality and property sector. Dealing with decoration, renovation and property investment, she got to know Home Staging and discovered its full potential in real estate.

She specialised through professional courses recognised by IAHSP® and IASHP Europe®.

She obtained the IAHSP-SSS® Senior Staging Specialist certificate.

She specialises in real estate photography and video.

Living in Rome, she is the owner of the HomEmotion brand, through which she and her team promote awareness of the economic value and satisfaction that a well-prepared home brings to all stakeholders in a real estate transaction.

She is an EAHSP® Member and acts as Vice Regional Manager for Italy, assisting in the management of Italian associates and the promotion of Home Staging activities in Italy.

Instastaging Home Staging Course (Polish Language)

The Home Staging Pro course is a course that will guide you through the entire Home Staging process – from the process, colours, arrangement, styling to business issues such as creating offers, pricing, budget, process automation and marketing activities. APHS Home Staging Course (Portuguese Language)

Rita de Miranda:

Rita was certified as a Home Stager in 2011 by Home Staging Resources. After verifying that the Portuguese real estate market was not at all prepared for this new concept, she then decided in 2013 to develop specific training to teach real estate consultants how to sell their properties through this internal marketing technique, working directly with the leading real estate brands in Portugal.

Rita is invited to teach the Home Staging course in several real estate consultancy postgraduate courses, namely at ISCAC and IPAM. She is the president of APHS – Associação Portuguesa de Home Stagers, with the intention of promoting the services of Portuguese Home Stagers, as a way of helping to change the real estate market in Portugal.

APHS offers workshops, lectures, training, courses and certifications according to the desired level of knowledge on the subject of Home Staging.

Barb Schwarz has Educated Realtors®, Home Stagers, and the Public on Home Staging since the early 70’s.

Barb is the Creator, Inventor and True Visionary who came up with the Staging Concept. She has built the Staging Industry from day one before any others had thought of it.

There was no Staging concept in the Real Estate Industry at all until she came up with the Home Staging Concept.

Barb Invented the Home Staging Concept and industry when she entered the world of Real Estate as an Agent in Bellevue, WA in the early 1972.

She quickly saw and realised the need sellers have of preparing their homes for sale.

Her background in the theater in musicals and off Broadway plays gave her the idea of setting the scene and setting the Stage® in houses for buyers to see properties in the best way.

Patrizia Panza is the owner and founder of Poetical Living lnterior Design Studio in Rome. After her studies in architecture, interior design and acting she discovered the magical potential of Home Staging. She and her team, offer projects of interior design and vacant home staging. She is teaching history and critics of design for interiors at Master and Professional classes in Rome at QIAD. As Junior Architect and Interior Designer she believes in the strength of home staging to empower the reputation of the Real Estate market in Italy. Poetical Living is not only a brand, it is a way of giving sense to the existence. Her mission is to allow people to make this experience in their home by tasting the lightness of life.

Francesca, after her studies in law, has dedicated herself to real estate in Milan since 2005, with particular attention to the presentation of the property in the management of her agency.

Aware of the high value of the presentation of houses on the real estate market, she developed within her agency a section dedicated to home staging, after accurate personal studies that qualify her as a professional home stager and interior photographer, as early as 2014.

In 2015 she created HOME | Philosophy, a brand meant to identify her agency, the first one in Italy, specialized in home staging, an absolute novelty on the whole national territory.

HOME | Philosophy also has a section dedicated to training in the field of home staging, through its Academy and whose home staging course is accredited and recognized by IAHSP and IAHSP Europe.

During a trip to the US, Claire discovered Home Staging. Passionate about home decorating and renovation, she loved the idea and trained with Barbara Schwarz in 2009.

Claire certified her expertise on the French market and opened her own company in 2010. She sees each house as a new, unique challenge and enjoys a good transformation that shows a property’s strongest assets.

Claire joins the IAHSP® EU as the Regional Manager for France and will work to support French professionals as well as to raise the profile of Home Staging in the country.

John Norris is the Senior Executive VP for Stagedhomes.com® and IAHSP®, and co-owner of the parent corporation. John studied architecture, business and history at UCLA and was always fascinated by houses. His parents could be considered the original “house flippers” back in the 1970’s as they bought and rehabbed properties on the side, with John helping his Dad lay flooring and paint walls. After graduating with a degree in Business/History from UCLA, John entered the high-tech industry in corporate sales. Wherever he worked in the high-tech industry, John was always one of the top salespersons in the organization, winning many awards, quota club trips and accolades from his company and colleagues. He has a strong background in training, process, coaching and sales strategies.

In 2004, John followed his love of houses and architecture and became a REALTOR®. He found his niche with helping residential Buyers and Sellers successfully find a home or sell their house. He is referred to by his clients as “the Negotiator” as he skillfully applies his expertise from over 26 years in high-tech industry Fortune 500 sales to successfully negotiate offers for his clients. As a REALTOR®, John was a Top 10% Producer in the Sacramento market where he was recognized as part of the Master Club Achievers, is currently a Realtor in the Denver region, and has been received awards for his production. John earned his ASP-RE® Designation in 2006. As part of his real estate services, John includes Staging as a key listing and marketing tool for his sellers and has worked closely with Jennie to support her business from assisting with vacant properties, business management and marketing advice.

The real estate companies John has worked with provided solid training on business success, and he brings this expertise to the ownership of Stagedhomes.com®. Working alongside Jennie, John will be providing business direction and planning, sales program oversight, and program development support with the goal of helping increase educational resources for ASPs.

In his younger years, John lived in the Chicago area, then Littleton, CO and eventually to the Bay Area where he spent most of his childhood and teenage years. He met Jennie at UCLA and got married after she graduated, and they moved to San Francisco. After living in the East Bay and the Sacramento area, they moved to Littleton in late 2009. John is a life-long skier and learned on the slopes of Breckenridge, CO when he was 6 years old, and was also a competitive skier in high school, ranked in the State of California for slalom. He has enjoyed introducing the sport to his children and also enjoys hiking, biking, and being outdoors in general.

Jennie Norris is the President & CEO of Stagedhomes.com and is excited to be at the helm to help take the company into the future. Her passion for the industry, success of colleagues, and dedication to the Stagedhomes mission is her daily focus. Jennie is known as a high-energy individual, with a mind that engages quickly and a passion for helping people. Her goal is to keep Stagedhomes.com as the industry leader for Home Staging education and business success throughout the world. Jennie and her husband, John, are the majority owners of the parent corporation that houses Stagedhomes and IAHSP^®.

Jennie has been trained personally by Barb Schwarz, the Creator of Home Staging^®, earning her ASP^® Designation in 2002 and her ASPM^® Designation in 2004. In 2003-2005 Jennie was the ASP^® Business Coach, and in 2005-06 served as the Director of Training for Stagedhomes.com. Jennie is part of Staging features on ABC’s 20/20, NBC’s Today Show and HGTV television and online segments, national and local publications, and radio. She is the only 2-Time Winner of the Staging Award of Excellence and the first recipient of the IAHSP Spirit Award, voted on by peers in the Home Staging industry. Jennie is also the Chairwoman for the International Association of Home Staging Professionals^® (IAHSP^®) International, helping to guide the Home Staging industry and providing leadership worldwide. In 2003, she started the first IAHSP^® Regional Chapter and helped launch over 150 member chapters to date.

In late 2009, after running a successful Staging business in Sacramento for seven years, Jennie and her family moved to the Denver area where she launched a new Staging business and has grown the company to include five ASP^® Stagers to handle business volume and clients. To date Jennie has personally Staged over 5,100 properties and over $4 Billion in real estate.

Jennie received a degree in Psychology with a Biology emphasis from UCLA and provided Marketing and Sales for large environmental engineering companies that oversaw the remediation of some of the nation’s largest Superfund sites. When she had the first of four children (a girl and 3 boys), she left the corporate world and found her way into Staging through a desire to earn income doing something using her creative talents while also giving her flexibility to raise her family. Jennie and her husband of nearly 32 years, John, currently live in Littleton, CO with their 4 children living at home or nearby.

Paloma Harrington is an ASP® Accredited Home Staging Professional, Home Staging and Interior Styling Expert and Luxury Staging Specialist.

She started her own Home Staging business in London in 2017 and shortly after founded the Home Staging Association UK & Ireland in 2018.

Alongside her role as VP, Paloma is the Global Director of Operations for IAHSP® International and also runs her Home Staging businesses in Brazil, being the Co-Founder of the Brazilian Home Staging School Núcleo de Home Staging as well as the IAHSP® Chapter President for the country.

An entrepreneur at heart, having started businesses since the early 2000’s, Paloma believes in empowering people through knowledge, education and support. Her focus is to develop further how the Association can support its members whilst promoting Home Staging and getting more recognition to our activity and professionals.

Co-Founder of IAHSP® Europe, her primary commitment as the President of EAHSP is to obtain the deserved credibility and adequate recognition for our profession in Europe. Her contribution was fundamental at the beginning of the global expansion of IAHSP® INTERNATIONAL: in growing the International Affiliate Associations as well as establishing respectful relationships and partnerships with worldwide leading Real Estate Associations.

She is an Interior Designer, Accredited Staging Professional Master® (ASPM®), and has launched her own Home Staging business – The Art of Staging – in 2013, in Chicago, USA.
